Warranty Information
Comprehensive Unit Repair Warranty (3 Months):
We provide a 3-month warranty for repairs that cover the entire unit. This guarantee ensures that the miner will be fully functional and free from defects. By offering this extended warranty period, our technical team can thoroughly inspect the unit, ensuring that any other faulty parts do not interfere with the repaired components.
Non-Repairable Boards:
Send-Back Option
If a hashboard is found to be irreparable or not economical to fix, you can opt to have the board sent back to you. This choice necessitates payment of the base diagnostic fee and the return shipping costs.
Donate Option
Alternatively, you can choose to donate the board for spare parts or scrap. Choosing this option waives all associated fees, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement.
